Project Manager
Summary of Position
Position: Full Time, Remote Option
Department: Engineering
We’re looking for a team player with strong problem solving skills who can help build a variety of websites in different industries. Successful employees have been able to apply their skills on the job and create unique roles for themselves within our Engineering team; we encourage you to do the work here that you do best. Help us continue to grow! We currently have a team of 24 people (remote and on-site) serving over 400 Clients throughout the United States.
This is a full-time salaried position with an expected 40-hour work week and the option to work remotely.
Principle Responsibilities
While working independently and as a collaborative member of the team, your responsibilities will include:
- Define web project scopes based on business and technical requirements, and oversee the entire project lifecycle.
- Coordinate project tasks, monitor progress, and conduct design and implementation reviews.
- Troubleshoot technical issues with team collaboration, and manage mobile-responsive website builds from start to finish.
- Work efficiently to meet tight deadlines and budgets, stay updated on design trends, and seek process improvements.
Requirements
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- Experience working with WordPress is strongly preferred.
- Familiar with responsive web design principles or “mobile first” design.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, Adobe Photoshop, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Excel.
- Exposure to eCommerce platforms such as WooCommerce, Magento, Shopify, 3D Cart, etc.
- Experience in a customer/client-facing role.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
- Salary: $65k – $75k annually based on experience.
