The Challenge
S.D. Ireland required a new website to grow their S.D. Ireland Properties brand, one that would both better serve users and company goals. On the existing website, it was difficult for users to browse available units, with listings confined to a single long iframe and no filtering options. Listings and pages also lacked uniformity, creating a disjointed and inconsistent user experience. The new website would need to address these pain points, as well as include additional features like an AppFolio integration for property management purposes. An updated, visually engaging design would also be necessary, complete with clear pathways to conversion for renters, homebuyers, commercial tenants, and local employers seeking employee housing solutions. Our mission was clear: make it easier for all users to search, filter, and apply for residential and commercial properties, while also ensuring clear and consistent branding with the S.D. Ireland Construction website.
Our Approach
To solve these challenges, our team designed and built a new WordPress website that elevates both functionality and user experience. On the properties side, users can now efficiently search and browse listings using robust filters for property type, location, price range, and amenities, making it quick and easy to find properties that match their criteria. An AppFolio integration also provides a reliable, real-time feed of available listings while simplifying administrative content management. From a design perspective, consistent forms, CTAs, and streamlined page layouts reduce scrolling to create a smoother path for rental applications and inquiries. Shared branding, messaging, and navigation connect the site back to the main S.D. Ireland Construction website, while still maintaining a unique identity. Combined, these improvements allow users to easily envision themselves in an S.D. Ireland property and confidently move forward with the next steps.
