Lilly earned a B.A. in Computer Science from the University of Vermont in 2015. With a technical education in C.S. and nearly 4 years of Retail/Customer Service experience, she joined the support team in August 2015 as a Support Engineer where her two skillsets naturally flourished. Now, as the Technical Support Manager, she oversees’s growing team of talented Support Engineers & Developers and assists them with supporting & maintaining hundreds of client websites.

When not closing tickets, she can be found walking her dog in the woods, taking a joy ride in her Mini Cooper S, watching a gripping true crime docuseries late into the night, or lounging with a good book. Oh, and Lilly thinks Nick, one of the Production Developers, is pretty okay. 😉
