Lilly earned a B.A. in Computer Science from the University of Vermont in 2015. With a technical education in C.S. and nearly 4 years of Retail/Customer Service experience, she joined the support team in August 2015 as a Support Engineer where her two skillsets naturally flourished. After having successfully managed the Technical Support Team at Bytes.co, overseeing our growing team of talented Support Engineers & Developers and assisting them with supporting & maintaining hundreds of client websites, Lilly now engages directly with clients to further realize their business goals as our Senior Account Manager.
When not in front of a computer, she can be found walking her dog in the woods, taking a joy ride in her Mini Cooper S, watching a gripping true-crime docuseries late into the night, or lounging with a good book. Oh, and Lilly thinks Nick, one of the Bytes’ original Production Team (now an Accessible Web developer), is pretty okay. 😉
