Costs depend upon the type of support needed. For regular one-time support projects, the total cost will be determined by the number of hours required to make any necessary changes. Any emergency website issues (extremely time sensitive, after hours, etc.) will be billed at a higher hourly rate (1.5x).
No! Although we are a Vermont website support provider, we offer our services to businesses everywhere. Even if you are not local to Burlington, Vermont, we will still do our best to ensure you receive the same personalized experience that a local business would provide.

Our office hours are Monday – Friday from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm EST. During this time, we are available to assist with any issues that you may have. Any after-hours calls will be billed at our emergency support rate (1.5x).
