2023: Our Year in Review

As 2024 begins, we would like to express our gratitude to all of our valued clients for their trust and commitment to working with us! 2023 saw some incredible accomplishments from each of our departments, which have improved both the quality and efficiency of our services. We look forward to another exciting year of working together, and appreciate everyone for being a part of the journey! Below are some of the highlights from each of our departments this past year.

Digital Marketing: Search Engine Optimization, Google Ads Management, and Facebook Ads Management. 9,740,208 website pages crawled, 18,064 keywords tracked.

Sales:

  • We sent out 303 proposals this year, 107 of which were accepted.
  • We gained 83 new clients, and currently have a total of 417 clients.

Awards & Achievements:

  • Our company won a Best Places to Work in Vermont Award for the second time in a row, and also won two Davey Awards, two w3 Awards, and two Netty Awards!

Website Design & Development:

  • Our development team launched 20 websites, using 5,369 website project hours and 939 custom development project hours.

Website Hosting & Support:

  • Our website hosting and support team spent 3,146 hours on website support, solved 3,944 support tickets, and performed 1,296 plugin updates.

Digital Marketing:

  • SEO: We crawled 9,740,208 website pages and tracked 18,064 keywords.
  • Google Ads: We recorded 100,652,400 impressions, 1,650,957 clicks, and 196,805 conversions.
  • Facebook Ads: We recorded 24,391,274 impressions, 391,453 clicks, and 6,102 conversions.

Company:

  • We spent 7,012 person-hours in Google Meets this year.
  • We gained 2 new employees, for a grand total of 23 employees. Our new team members are Brian and Cat!
