At Bytes.co, we take pride in delivering websites that not only look great but also function seamlessly to meet our clients’ evolving needs. Our latest project saw us partnering with Green Mountain Solar (GMS) and Granite State Solar (GSS) to transition their websites from the HubSpot CMS to WordPress—a move designed to enhance flexibility and cost efficiency while maintaining a high-quality digital presence.
Green Mountain Solar and Granite State Solar had originally built their websites on HubSpot’s CMS to take advantage of its robust CRM tools. However, with their transition to ServiceTitan for CRM management, maintaining their sites on HubSpot had become an unnecessary commitment. The challenge? Replatform both websites before the New Year to avoid additional service fees—all while ensuring a smooth transition without disrupting their digital presence or sacrificing quality.
To provide GMS and GSS with the best possible solution, we moved both websites to WordPress, leveraging its user-friendly interface, robust functionality, and scalability. This shift allows them to easily manage their content, benefit from an extensive ecosystem of plugins, and expand their website’s capabilities over time—all without excessive costs.
Green Mountain Solar and Granite State Solar were already valued clients, working with Bytes.co for Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM). Now that their websites are on WordPress, it will be even easier for our team to optimize content for search, making sure they continue to rank well and attract the right audience.
During the replatform process, the development team worked closely with our digital marketing team to make strategic improvements to the overall user experience. Our goal was to ensure that when a user lands on a page, they can quickly find the information they need, whether it’s learning about solar solutions, exploring financing options, or getting in touch with the team. This thoughtful approach will help drive engagement and conversions across the site.
By transitioning to WordPress, Green Mountain Solar and Granite State Solar now have websites that are more cost-effective, scalable, and easier to manage. The updated designs enhance the user experience, streamline content management, and position both brands for future growth in the renewable energy space.
