Warming Trends Website Launch: Warming Things Up

After a stretch of single-digit temperatures here in Vermont (it was a balmy 2°F in Jericho this morning!), we’ve been daydreaming about sitting in front of a warm, toasty fireplace. That made this a fitting moment to shine a spotlight on the website we recently launched for Warming Trends, a fireplace provider whose work feels especially relevant this time of year.

Warming Trends is a California-based company specializing in high-quality fireplaces and heating appliances, with a focus on craftsmanship, performance, and customer experience.

This project was all about warmth (literally and figuratively), simplicity, and ease, both in design and in how users move through the site.

Project Goals

The goal of the redesign was to create a contemporary, professional, and mobile-friendly website that better reflects the quality of Warming Trends’ products while making it easier for users to explore offerings, find key information, and get in touch. Improving the mobile experience, strengthening SEO foundations, and ensuring accessibility best practices were also key priorities.

How We Solved Their Design Challenge

To meet those goals, we focused on predictability, simplicity, and intentional conversion paths throughout the site.

Each service page now includes clear, accessible contact forms, making it easy for users to take action without hunting for next steps. We also surfaced location information front and center, with a dedicated section near the footer that includes a map, address, and business hours. These are the critical details that users want from a site like Warming Trends and now they are easy to find at a glance.

To help capture potential drop-off, we introduced a simple, focused call-to-action at the bottom of all pages, giving users one clear option when they reach the end of their scroll. All of this lives within a refreshed design and simplified navigation, built on a modern pre-built WordPress theme that aligns with Warming Trends’ brand.
