Today, they continue to offer their services to customers from their locations in Williston, Vermont, and West Lebanon, New Hampshire.

The Challenge
Windows & Doors By Brownell needed a website partner to modernize and streamline its WordPress website. Although its previous website was functional, there was a surplus of information resulting in too much text on a page and not enough action points, which tended to overwhelm users, leading to high bounce rates. Additionally, Windows & Doors By Brownell wanted a website that would speak to their different audiences. Therefore, the new website had to be easily navigable for homeowners, architects, and builders while also clearly communicating Windows & Doors By Brownell’s focus on quality and friendly, personable customer service.
Our Approach
Keeping these issues in mind, our team of web developers created a new WCAG 2.1 AA conforming WordPress website for Windows & Doors By Brownell that works to crosslink its product offerings with its service offerings as well as make it easy for a user to reach out and request more information. We reorganized existing website content, created a mega menu to better present product options, added a website search capability, and built out a designated resources section for customers. Finally, we opted for a balance of product and lifestyle photography to give a simultaneously relatable and aspirational feel.
