Lauren Nitroy
Senior Project Manager
Lauren is the Senior Project Manager on our Engineering Team. She’s been with Bytes.co since 2019, and leverages her background in e-commerce, marketing and juggling a lot of things at once while managing website design or custom development projects on platforms like WordPress, Magento and Shopify.
With a B.A. in Corporate Communications from Susquehanna University, Lauren’s a strategic communicator who guides our clients through their website projects. She’s responsible for not only completing projects to scope, on time and under budget, but ensuring that our clients are as delighted with their journey as they are with their finished project!
When she’s not at her computer, Lauren can usually be found at the front row of a Kip Moore concert, jumping into a swimming hole during any season, savoring a creemee after a summer hike, adding to her collection of houseplants or listening to the We Can Do Hard Things podcast.

Used mostly as a positive (and only sometimes as a negative), I probably use the word delightful too much.
I’m not really sure why, but my favorite words change about every ten-or-so years, and if I had to guess, we’re probably in year 4 of delightful. What was the predecessor to delightful? Fantastic.
