What we've done
The Hearthside Group are a team of business brokers and hospitality business specialists with over 115 years of combined experience in the field. They specialize in the sale of hospitality properties including inns, bed and breakfasts, lodges, motels, restaurants and cafes located mainly in Vermont and New Hampshire. In addition they offer brokerage services to both buyers and sellers, along with inn consultations and seminars geared towards business owners who aim to evolve within a competitive marketplace.
We’ve helped to optimize and enhance the content on the Hearthside Group’s website. This included keyword research to determine the most relevant search terms to track and optimize for. Content was then built out for the pre-existing pages, and new pages were added for client testimonials, consulting services and inn-keeping seminars. In addition, we built out a blog page and have begun adding to it, highlighting specific properties that are for sale in the area. We’re also performing monthly backlink outreach to obtain reputable resource and reclamation links back to their site to improve its domain authority.
Results Highlight
As a result of our SEO efforts, we’ve been able to increase the rankings for some of the core keywords we are tracking. We’ve also built out optimized content on new pages that were added to navigation, helping to bring the overall bounce rate of the site down significantly from 46.88% down to 31.02%. Month over month we’re seeing a consistent amount of organic search traffic and new users coming to the site as well, hitting a high of 288 sessions monthly.
